At PromptPhotobooth, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital software. Because all our products are delivered electronically, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by PromptPhotobooth are digital software licenses delivered electronically via download or online activation. There are no physical goods involved in any transaction.

2. No Refunds

Once a software license has been purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have received the digital product and that no refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our free trial before purchasing so you can evaluate the software with no risk.

3. Free Trial

PromptPhotobooth offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. This trial gives you full access to the software so you can evaluate its features and performance before making a purchase decision. No credit card is required to start a trial.

4. Defective or Non-Functioning Software

If the software fails to function as described on our website and you are unable to resolve the issue with our support team, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@promptphotobooth.com with:

  • Your order number or license key
  • A description of the issue
  • Steps you have already taken to resolve it

We will investigate the issue promptly. If the defect cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

5. AI Credit Packs

AI credits purchased as standalone packs are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Credits are consumed as you use the AI generation features and have no expiry date.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The following conditions apply:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
